Rasheedah Jones Advisory Council Member Baker Hughes Rasheedah “Rah” Jones is the global HR Director for the Digital Solutions Process & Pipeline Solutions business (PPS). Most recently she was the HR Director for Digital Technology and Legal at Baker Hughes. She partners with leaders to drive strategic initiatives such talent development, performance management, staffing/recruiting, and organization design and leadership. Rah began her career in 2003 at Merck & Company, Inc. She is a graduate of the HRLP program (Human Resources Leadership Program) in which she held numerous roles primarily working in manufacturing plants as an HR Generalist. She joined General Electric (Aviation) in 2008. She was a plant HR leader for several facilities and was also the Global Teaming Leader. In 2014 she joined GE Oil and Gas and has worked with senior leaders and employees in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment, Security), Digital Technology, and Legal. Rah is a very passionate and committed Human Resources leader. She is very passionate about talent and helping employees achieve their career goals. She is involved various internal and external affinity groups and is never shy about her commitment to diversity. She is a fierce advocate in that she works tirelessly to recruit and promote women and underrepresented populations. She is currently the Baker Hughes Women’s Network Global HR Sponsor. Rah has her undergraduate degree from Fisk University and she holds a Masters in HR & Labor Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Masters in Organizational Management & Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. She also has an Evidence Based Coaching Certification from Fielding Graduate University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, Jack and Jill of America, Inc, a Hogan Certified Executive Assessor, Women’s Energy Network (WEN) Advisory Council member, was featured in Houston’s Voyager Online Magazine, and Houston Business Journal’s 2018 40 under 40 Award Recipient.
Natalia Mendoza Advisory Council Member BHP Natalia Mendoza started her career with BHP in 2003 within Human Resources. She has held various leadership roles within Business Partnering supporting several facets of the business, including Production, Projects, Exploration and Appraisal, Well and Seismic Delivery, Commercial, Technology, and Finance. Natalia transitioned into a business role leading the Change Management Team focused on establishing the new Petroleum organization following BHP’s divestment of its US onshore shale assets. Natalia also has extensive experience leading Culture and DEI strategy and initiatives. She is now the Head of the Petroleum Culture Team and Technical Capabilities. Natalia has gained invaluable global experience by working in Houston, Texas, Trinidad and Tobago, Perth and Brisbane in Australia. Prior to BHP, Natalia build her Human Resources experience in manufacturing and the electric power industry. Natalia is a graduate of Queensland University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree (distinction) in Business Management and holds a post graduate (distinction) in Human Resources from the Institute of Business.
Ann Walters Advisory Council Member Ernst & Young (EY) Ann has over 20 years of professional consulting experience successfully managing and growing IT projects for clients in the power and utility industry. She is a Senior Manager at EY within their Advisory Services line dedicated to activities associated with Process Improvements and Oracle technologies. Ann’s expertise is in developing solutions for her clients, business process analysis, project management and implementation of complex projects. She has deep knowledge of functional aspects of both regulated and deregulated operations within the utility industry with a focus on Customer Information and Billing Systems. Ann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
Ashleigh Everett Advisory Council Member Hunt Oil Company Ashleigh Everett is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Hunt Oil Company, a privately-held, diversified energy company based in Dallas, Texas. Ashleigh joined Hunt in 2011 and focuses her career on both international and U.S. oil, gas and LNG transactions. She is responsible for legal matters related to Hunt’s U.S. and Peruvian assets, managing M&A, finance and other transactions as well as any related litigation. Prior to joining Hunt, Ashleigh specialized in oil and gas transactions at Thompson & Knight LLP. Ashleigh previously served on the Board of Directors of the North Texas Chapter of WEN. She holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University and a J.D. from The University of Oklahoma College of Law.
