The WEN’s México Chapter was founded in 2017 by a group of four young professional women aware of the need of creating a network with the purpose of allowing the Méxican woman to join forces within the energy industry. They sought WEN because they firmly believed that through this renowned organization they were going to be able to fulfill such goal. México is a major producer of petroleum and other liquids and is among the largest sources of U.S. oil imports.
